Marissa Levine is a Southern California based photographer and creative whose practice spans film, digital photography, and visual branding. Her work examines identity and intention through a quiet attention to presence, place, and the passage of time.

Levine’s creative practice emerged from her early work in digital media. At eighteen, she began working in social media, online marketing, web design, and visual content, later earning a certificate in online marketing. Her work with small businesses introduced her to the ways imagery can shape identity, perception, and communication - an interest that continues to inform her practice.

Her photographic practice developed alongside her studies in Studio Art and Digital Photography, where she cultivated an approach grounded in both technical discipline and intuition. Her work has since moved between portraiture and fine art, with experience spaning commissioned work, gallery exhibition, emerging and agency represented talent, and traditional photographic processes.

She continues to collaborate with small businesses, artists, and independent creatives through photography, visual branding, and creative direction.
